All our products have size guides available on the product pages. Our Onesies, T-shirts and Jackets run true to size against standard Australian sizing.

  00000 (Premmie), 0000 (Newborn), 000 (0-3m), 00 (3-6m), 0 (6-12m), 1 (12-18m).
• T-shirts
  1 (12-18m), 2, 3, 4 and 5.
• Terry Fleece Jackets
  0 (6-12m), 1 (12-18m), 2, 3, 4 and 5.

For each product, we’ve given advice on the maximum recommended number of letters that the product can accommodate. Of course, we can adjust things to fit more letters on the item, but it may be smaller text or positioned in a different location. If your text is longer than recommended, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Our print process is handmade, so no two items will look exactly alike. There may be slight variations in size and placement depending on the specifications of your text. We ensure high quality, aesthetically pleasing items and so minor print adjustments are sometimes made to your order to allow this.

We typically have a 1-3 day turnaround on our products, plus postage time. Our personalised products are made to order, and since we know how fast babies grow (and how excited you are to give a gift or see your little one in a brand new personalised outfit) we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, if the order is urgent, we do recommend purchasing with express post to speed up the process. During sales or peak seasonal periods such as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, production time may take up to 5 days

We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal and Afterpay

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. You may also have incorrectly entered your email address. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation.

You will enter the promotional or discount code in the ‘Coupon code’ field on the Shopping Cart page or in the ‘Promo/Gift Certificate’ field under Order Summary on the Checkout page. Click the Apply button to apply the discount to your order.

Please note that promotional/ discount codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Yes we can. During checkout, leave the message to include in the Gift Message/Comment field and we will put your message on a gift card. Our orders come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon, ready for gifting.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website. This link is also in the email.

If your order has not arrived after dispatch, please contact Australia Post and quote the tracking number that was included in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at studio@babies2infinity.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
